Service Requests & Estimates

• Scheduling: Service calls can be scheduled by phone, email, or online form. Same-day appointments may be available based on technician availability.
• Estimates: Our technicians will provide a written estimate for repairs before any work begins. This estimate will detail the parts and labor costs associated with the repair. Approval of the estimate is required before proceeding.
• Diagnostics Fees: A diagnostic fee may be charged for the technician’s time in troubleshooting the television issue. This fee may be waived if repairs are completed.

Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit card, and debit card for payment.
• Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of service.
• Late Fees: A late payment fee may be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled appointment without a cancellation fee.
• Missed Appointments: A missed appointment fee may be charged if you are not present at the scheduled time and do not reschedule within 24 hours.

Warranty

• Repair Warranty: We offer a warranty on parts and labor for a period of [warranty period] following the repair date. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts replaced during the service call.

• Parking: You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible parking space for the technician’s vehicle, if applicable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the repaired television. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding television repair services.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your state].
